It's not mandatory, but it's highly recommended. Some parts of the tour include jumps into the water and deep areas. The guides provide life jackets and are trained to assist those who need them.
It's recommended to bring a swimsuit, closed-toe shoes with good grip (such as water shoes or sneakers that can get wet), a towel, a change of dry clothes, and insect repellent. Avoid carrying valuables or items that can't get wet.
The total duration is approximately 3 to 4 hours, including transportation (if applicable), the hike, the waterfall tour, and the return trip. Some tours also include lunch and free time in the area.
The tour is primarily designed for people 8 years and older who are in good physical condition. It is not recommended for very young children, people with limited mobility, or those with medical conditions that may be affected by physical activity or water.
